Biography:
In 1998 Brock became the NJCAA (National Junior College Athletic Association) champion. Lesnar next won the Big Ten championships and the NCAA Heavyweight title. Brock signed with the WWF in 2000 and was sent to Ohio Valley Wrestling. Brock then formed a tag team with Shelton Benjamin (called the Stretching Crew), and the duo went onto win the OVW Tag Team titles after they defeated the Disciples of Synn (BJ Payne and Damian) in February 2001. May 15th saw the Stretching Crew again beat the Disciples of Synn for the OVW Tag Team titles. In July 2001 the Stretching Crew vacated the titles, due to an injury to Shelton Benjamin. The titles remained vacant until the Stretching Crew won them again in October 2001 as they defeated Prototype (John Cena) and Rico Constantino. Brock Lesnar debuted in the WWF on March 18, 2002, and quickly gained the managerial services of Paul Heyman. Lesnar won the 2002 and the last ever King of the Ring by defeating Test and Rob Van Dam in the same night. July 22, 2002 saw Brock leave Raw in favour of Smackdown. At Summerslam Brock defeated the Rock to win the Undisputed title. He defended the title against the Undertaker at No Mercy in a Hell in a Cell match. At Survivor Series 2002 Brock dropped the WWF title to the Big Show due to an injury. At the 2003 Royal Rumble Brock won a match against the Big Show and went into the Rumble. Brock eventually won the Royal Rumble. At Wrestlemania X9 Brock beat Kurt Angle for the WWE title, he almost serious injured himself during the match by missing a shooting star press, Kurt Angle was injured going into the match. At Judgement Day 2003 Brock defeated the Big Show in a stretcher match.
